The AMS Spectra™ Concealable Penile Prosthesis is implanted within the corpora cavernosa (the chambers of the penis that, when filled with blood, normally produce an erection).
To prepare for intercourse, lift the penis and straighten the prosthesis. To conceal the erection for everyday activities, bend the prosthesis into a concealed positon. The Spectra prosthesis may be bent into a position that fits comfortably and discreetly under clothes.
